Abstract Objective To validate the Chilean Spanish translation of tenth English version Dynamic Loewestein Occupational Therapy Cognitive Assessment for use in population. Method The into was carried out, and then a pilot test out application instrument, which 40 adults were recruited with an average age 42.7 years, various brain damages made up 70% women 30% men. evaluate reliability Cronbach's Alpha calculated as measure Internal Consistency, applying 3 perspectives, "Item-Total Reliability", "Item-Domain "Domain-Total Reliability". feasibility, percentage items not answered by sample is identified, that identified cognitive tests understood. Results Item-Total yielded 0.953, translates excellent reliability. Item-Domain mostly between good, weak factors "time orientation" "visual perception". Domain-Total 0.810, good Finally, relation to participants 100% items, evidencing be accessible. Conclusion DLOTCA translated Spanish; it presents high reliability, allows obtaining results very low biases, becoming instrument can used pertinent way
